Product Manager

This is a product management role at a fast-growing early-stage generative AI startup building an agentic platform for data teams. You will join a small high-impact product team and own the strategy roadmap and execution for a suite of AI-native capabilities used by data engineers at hundreds of enterprises. The role sits at the intersection of product engineering and go-to-market and directly shapes the direction of the platform.

• Define product strategy and roadmap by working closely with customers and users to identify high-value use cases.
• Collaborate with UX designers to translate product vision into intuitive GenAI-native interfaces.
• Partner with engineering to build and ship new functionality that pushes the boundaries of agentic AI for data workflows.
• Serve as the internal voice of the user synthesizing feedback from thousands of active users into actionable product decisions.
• Support sales and customer success teams during pre-sales and post-sales engagements with key enterprise accounts.
• Work with marketing to develop messaging positioning pricing and lead-generation strategy.

• 3 or more years of PM experience building and launching products from 0 to 1 for technical users ideally data engineers.
• Deep understanding of the modern data stack including ELT data warehousing orchestration dbt Snowflake Spark and similar technologies.
• Experience as a PM at an early-stage startup (Seed through Series B).
• Proven ability to operate with minimal structure and self-direct in ambiguous environments.
• Comfort influencing cross-functional teams without formal authority.
• Daily use of AI tools (coding assistants LLM-powered workflows) as part of your normal working practice.
• Experience building native GenAI products not just adding AI features to existing products is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with AI technologies such as LLMs RAG architectures and AI evaluation frameworks is a plus.
• Prior experience as a data engineer or a technical degree in mathematics computer science or a related field is a plus particularly for more junior candidates.
• Must be located in the San Francisco Bay Area (hybrid role based in Sunnyvale).

Base salary: $150000 to $250000 USD annually depending on experience. Equity participation included. Visa sponsorship is available.
