We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the strategy roadmap and execution of an AI-powered Enterprise Knowledge Base (KB) Chatbot. The ideal candidate will work closely with engineering AI/ML UX and business stakeholders to build intelligent conversational experiences that improve knowledge discovery employee productivity and customer support.

This role requires a strong product mindset experience with AI/Generative AI solutions and the ability to balance user needs technical feasibility and business priorities while delivering scalable enterprise products.
