Overview:

Were seeking a Product Manager Personalization to lead the strategy development and optimization of AI-driven customer experiences across digital channels.

This role will focus on building personalization capabilities that improve customer engagement conversion and revenue growth through data-driven recommendations segmentation dynamic content and intelligent customer experiences. The ideal candidate combines strong product management expertise with a solid understanding of digital products APIs data platforms machine learning concepts and customer personalization technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and execute the product roadmap for personalization capabilities across web mobile and marketing channels.

Build and scale personalization use cases including recommendations segmentation dynamic content and cross-sell opportunities.

Partner with engineering data science design and business teams to deliver customer-facing digital products.

Leverage customer and contextual data to create highly relevant user experiences.

Collaborate with data science teams to optimize recommendation engines propensity models and machine learning solutions.

Manage product backlogs prioritize features and drive successful product delivery.

Lead A/B testing and experimentation initiatives to improve engagement and conversion rates.

Track and analyze KPIs including CTR customer engagement conversion and revenue impact.

Create executive presentations product narratives and stakeholder communications.

Ensure personalization solutions align with data governance scalability and compliance requirements.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Business Computer Science Information Systems Marketing or a related field.

5 years of Product Management experience.

Experience building and launching customer-facing digital products.

Strong understanding of APIs data platforms and system integrations.

Experience with personalization recommendation engines or customer engagement platforms.

Knowledge of machine learning concepts including recommendation systems and segmentation.

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

Experience managing product roadmaps backlogs and full product lifecycles.

Excellent communication storytelling and stakeholder management skills.

Experience working with cross-functional product engineering and business teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with AI/ML-driven personalization platforms.

Familiarity with Generative AI technologies and applications.

Experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks.

Experience with personalization engines orchestration layers or marketing technology platforms.

Experience within financial services travel hospitality or e-commerce industries.

Experience working in large enterprise environments.
