Job Summary
You will collaborate cross-functionally with engineering design commercial and customer success teams to deliver high-impact solutions that address evolving client needs and create measurable value.Â
In this role you will:Â
- Define and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap aligned to business objectivesÂ
- Lead end-to-end product development in conjunction with product owners ensuring delivery of differentiated high-quality solutionsÂ
- Leverage Voice of Customer insights market trends and domain expertise to drive innovation and enhance user experienceÂ
- Conduct discovery to identify customer pain points market opportunities and competitive differentiationÂ
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure successful product launches and continuous improvementÂ
This role requires a customer-centric mindset strong strategic thinking and the ability to translate complex needs into scalable product solutions that drive growth.Â
Qualifications :
Product Strategy & Go-to-MarketÂ
- Own and execute the end-to-end go-to-market (GTM) strategy for product and project deliveryÂ
- Define product vision and direction ensuring alignment with business goals and strategic prioritiesÂ
- Build compelling narratives to validate opportunities articulate value and secure leadership buy-inÂ
Value Delivery & PrioritizationÂ
- Define track and communicate ROI business value and success metricsÂ
- Assess opportunities develop business cases and prioritize initiatives based on impact and strategic alignmentÂ
- Ensure delivery is focused on highest-value outcomesÂ
Customer & Market InsightÂ
- Conduct market user and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and roadmapÂ
- Continuously analyze user feedback behaviors and needs to enhance product experienceÂ
Product Development & ExecutionÂ
- Partner closely with Product Management to define and maintain a value-driven product backlogÂ
- Provide clear direction and requirements to product owners and development teamsÂ
- Ensure alignment across Product Engineering and business stakeholders for seamless deliveryÂ
Cross-Functional LeadershipÂ
- Collaborate with Product Leaders Business Analysts Project Managers and other teams to ensure coordinated execution and accountabilityÂ
- Support teams through a collaborative leadership style removing blockers and enabling progressÂ
Operational ExcellenceÂ
- Drive transparency through clear consistent communication and reporting to senior leadership and key commercial stakeholdersÂ
- Facilitate decision-making stakeholder alignment and conflict resolutionÂ
- Ensure work is delivered according to business priorities and timelinesÂ
Team Culture & EnablementÂ
- Foster a culture of trust accountability and continuous improvementÂ
- Create an environment where challenges can be raised openly and addressed constructivelyÂ
- Experience in Product Management: Previous experience as a Product Manager or similar role is strongly preferred.Â
- Experience with Agile Best Practices:Â Solid understanding and hands-on experience with Agile methodologies including Scrum and/or Kanban.Â
- Excellent Written and Verbal English Communication: Demonstrated skill in written English with the ability to convey complex information clearly. Must be able to effectively communicate in English with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Â
- Technical Knowledge:Â Familiarity with software development processes and ability to translate product and technical requirements into actionable user stories.Â
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Ability to leverage data insights to measure progress inform decisions and optimize team performance.Â
- Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrated skill in anticipating and resolving conflicts and challenges to keep projects on track.Â
- Product Experience: Previous experience as a Product Manager supporting and/or managing large data sets data science models LLMs AI and ML.Â

Additional Information :
This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation of the following range: 96300.00 - 120000.00 USD Annual. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidates experience qualifications skills and location. This role might also be eligible for a Sales-based incentive or performance-based bonus.
