Job Summary

As a Product Manager you will be responsible for setting the vision defining the strategy and driving the execution of a meaningful part of our marketplace. You will pioneer a standard of customer obsession analytical rigor and AI-augmented velocity that makes fundamentally better for our hosts and renters across all 50 states.
A Typical Day
- Ship product and deliver measurable impact fast
- Lead cross-functional groups to execute against company objectives
- Communicate concisely and influence outcomes across all levels
- Develop product roadmaps and build alignment across teams cross-functional partners and the executive team
- Define and analyze the metrics that signal product success and health
- Advocate for the customer with a deep understanding of their needs
- Weigh the cost/benefit of maintaining product features vs. building new ones
- Own the answers to product questions prioritization status and the why behind decisions
About You
- 2 years of experience as a product manager or in a similar role
- Experience with consumer internet products or marketplaces is a plus
- AI power user you use tools like Claude Cursor and similar daily to accelerate research spec writing prototyping and decision-making
- Proficient in using data to inform decisions and uncover business opportunities
- Strong verbal written and visual presentation skills
- Comfort with a dynamic fast-growing flat culture
- Able to drive problem and solution discovery with minimal supervision
- Able to quickly absorb complex concepts and communicate them to a non-technical audience
