We dont expect everyone to be a data scientist but we do expect everyone to identify where AI adds value direct it effectively evaluate its outputs critically and govern it responsibly in your own workflow and in the products you build.

Overview

Werelooking for a Product Manager to help define and build LSP44s next generation of AI agent and API infrastructure in close partnership withProduct Engineering Sales and Marketing. This is a hands-on builder role on a small senior product team: youll own product areas across the LSP44 agent portfolio-spanning carrier procurement rate & quote dispatch exception recovery visibility documents and freight audit-working directly with forward-deployed engineers and customers to turn deep operational knowledge of how 3PLs freight forwarders and brokers work into shipped product.

Youlldefine the strategy and roadmap for one or more areas of the LSP44 agent portfolioand technology grounded in direct conversations with LSP customers and the realities of howlogisticsservice providersoperate embed and daily with Engineering-including forward-deployed engineers working on-site with customers-to translate operational context into requirements andyoullcarry those requirements through delivery: scoping prioritizing and keeping trade-offs visible along the way.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own product strategy and roadmap for one or more LSP44 agent product linesand technology in partnership withProduct EngineeringSalesand Marketing.

• Translate deep knowledge of LSP operations-carrier procurement dispatch exception management freight audit and more-into clear prioritized product requirements

• Partner closely with forward-deployed engineers embedded with LSP customers to surface real needs andvalidatesolutions in production

• Write clear specs and PRDs and drive execution acrossProduct Engineering Sales and Marketingfrom definition through ship

• Ensure everything you build is designed to embed cleanly into a customers own tech stack via API and SDK-LSP44 products are built to be embedded not adopted

• Partner with Sales Solutions Engineering and Customer Success to ensure new agent capabilities are field-ready at launch

Ideal background

• Product management experience inlogistics supply chain freight brokerage TMS or another operationally complex B2B/API-first domain

• Comfortable operating in a lean fast-moving 0-to-1 environment partnering tightly with engineering rather than through hand-offs

• Strong customer instinct-able to run discovery independently and translate operator-level detail into product direction

• Experience with API or developer-facing products a plus

Requirements & Skills

• Bachelors degree in any discipline that has built your technical or analytical chops from computer science to business

• 4 years of Product Management experience ideally in B2B SaaSlogistics or infrastructure/API products

• Track recordof partnering directly with engineering to define and ship technical products

• Strong written and verbal communication able to translate between technical and business stakeholders

• Comfortable working across distributed teams and time zones

• Supply chainlogistics or freight brokerage experience is a strong plus

• Detail-oriented but strategic equally comfortable in the weeds of implementation and presenting direction to leadership

Compensation and Benefits:

We continually evaluate our pay ranges to reflect skills experience and market conditions. The base salary offered will be determined by assessing a candidates experience and skills relative to the scope and responsibilities of the position as well as the specific geographic location where the job will be performed. Base salary is one component of project44s total compensation package which also includes stock options for all EOR and project44-employed team members bonus or commission eligibility depending on role and a benefits package tailored to your country of employment. Specific benefits package offerings vary by country and may include health dental and vision coverage retirement plans and paid time off in line with local market standards and statutory programs. The base salary range for this position is $105000 $155000 USD.
