We are seeking an experienced and strategic Product Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the vision strategy and execution of our product portfolio including our flagship Predictive Index Behavioral Assessment. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our talent optimisation solutions ensuring they continue to meet the evolving needs of over 7100 companies globally. Responsibilities

* Define and communicate the product vision strategy and roadmap in alignment with business objectives.
* Gather and prioritise requirements from stakeholders customers and market research to inform product development.
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering design marketing and sales to deliver high-quality products.
* Create detailed user stories manage the product backlog and participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
* Conduct comprehensive market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
* Define and analyse key product metrics to measure success and guide future improvements.
* Act as a product evangelist effectively communicating product value to both internal and external audiences.
* Oversee the entire product lifecycle from concept and ideation through to launch and post-launch optimisation.

Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:
* Proven work experience as a Product Manager Product Owner or in a similar strategic product role.
* Demonstrable experience managing the full product lifecycle in a technology-driven environment.
* Exceptional analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills.
* Strong leadership communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
* Solid understanding of Agile development methodologies.
* A customer-centric mindset with a passion for creating intuitive and effective user experiences.

Desirable Qualifications:
* Experience in the HR Technology SaaS or talent optimisation sectors.
* Familiarity with psychometric or behavioural assessment tools.
* A degree in Business Computer Science Engineering or a related discipline.
