Description: Title: Product Manager
Duration: 8 months extensions
Office Location Options: Burbank or Glendale CA

The Product Manager will develop a productive partnership with business stakeholders at all levels and support the Manager Product Owner to guide product development toward delivery of integrated efficient and intuitive business systems.
Position Summary:

Primary Responsibilities:
Liaise business requirements from stakeholders to all necessary parties
Act as the primary point of contact for the development and maintenance of an in-house solution to production workflow and production finance tracking across five labels and multiple content types.
Define groom and accept user stories in JIRA based on stakeholder requests for new and existing reports
Administration duties to include regular user access audits and projects related to maintenance of cloud instance infrastructure manage relationships with vendors
Partner with Senior Business Analysts/Product Teams for other Studio applications to identify data sources and required elements for new data connections
Partnering with development team design dashboards dossiers and other visualizations within MicroStrategy to meet business needs
In close partnership with the Manager and business stakeholders develop the product vision and product roadmap
Define and measure KPIs that support project business case(s) and recurring spend
Communicate all successes opportunities and risks in formal communications

To be successful in this role experience managing a diverse portfolio of applications that are heterogeneous in nature is necessary for example: 3rd party vendor apps in-house apps financial systems workflow management software reporting platforms artificial intelligence and proof of concepts as well as mature applications.
Strong written and verbal skills plus the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences at all experience levels is essential. The ability to present complex processes and abstract ideas in meaningful visual representations is important in this position. Strong project management skills resource and timeline management risk assessment and the ability to work with external contractors and consultants is core to performing well this role.
Required
7 yrs of experience performing business analysis within a large enterprise covering both business and information technology domains
5 years of Product Ownership experience
3 yrs of experience using Agile SCRUM methodology
3 yrs of experience using MicroStrategy (MCE/cloud preferred) or another BI tool
Strong problem-solving skills
BA/BS Required

Preferred
Knowledge of film production process preferred
Financial dashboard experience preferred
Experience building and understanding SQL queries a plus
Certified Agile Product Owner a plus
Experience with other BI tools such as PowerBI or Tableau a plus
