Product Manager, Ford Pro Intelligence Video Telematics

Ford Pros Telematics product has been in market for several years and is experiencing rapid growth. Ford Pro Telematics with Dashcam launched in 2024 and expanded to the UK market in 2026 showing increased demand this position you will own the roadmap execution and outcomes for the growing video telematics product space.

What youll do...

• Own the vision strategy and roadmap for Video Telematics products globally focusing on applications related to driver safety and security.

• Work with other product engineering and design partners to understand the art of the possible and to align on shared goals and roadmaps to create value for our customers.

• Manage 3rd party partnerships driving quality and ensuring prioritization of enhancements to meet customer and business needs.

• Work with sales marketing and operations to prioritize product improvements and long-term strategic bets balancing inputs with product needs.

• Conduct primary research (interviews surveys attend trade shows etc.)

• Present to executive Ford leadership on performance metrics and roadmap.

Youll have...

• Bachelors degree in Engineering Computer Science or similar field.

• 3 years as a product manager having shipped successful hardware and software products in the past ideally in the B2B space.

• Experience managing external supplier relationships.

• Demonstrated effectiveness in complex highly matrixed organizations.

• Experience working with businesses that utilize fleets of vehicles.

• Experience with camera and cloud video products.

• Experience launching products in highly regulated and global markets

This position is a salary grade 8 and ranges from $138800-$232700 in CA.

This position is a salary grade 8 and ranges from $115000-$192900 in MI.

Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidates skills and experience and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope responsibility and competitive market value.
