Product Manager

Working cross-functionally with Engineering Marketing Sales Operations and Customer Service youll lead product development initiatives support product strategy and help bring customer-focused solutions to market. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys blending strategic thinking with hands-on execution and wants to make a direct impact on both the customer experience and the future growth of a premium brand backed by more than 100 years of craftsmanship and innovation.

• Lead assigned product development and enhancement projects through the product development process.
• Gather and analyze customer dealer market and competitive insights to inform product strategy and roadmap decisions.
• Represent the voice of the customer and advocate for customer needs throughout the development process.
• Build business cases and product recommendations using customer market sales and financial data.
• Define product positioning key features customer value propositions and competitive differentiation.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to execute successful product launches and maintain product documentation.
• Serve as a product expert supporting internal teams with training guidance and market insights.
• Monitor product performance and recommend improvements to drive growth and customer satisfaction.
• Support product lifecycle activities including enhancements engineering changes and portfolio optimization.
• Travel up to 25% to gather customer and partner feedback.
• This position will be working on-site.

• Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Engineering or a related field.
• Strong analytical communication and project management skills.
• Ability to influence and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
• 3 years of experience in Product Management Product Marketing New Product Development or a related field.
• Experience building business cases and supporting product launch initiatives.
• Knowledge of construction building products or home improvement industries.
