Product Manager Deposits

Key Accountabilities

• Manage the consumer deposit product portfolio and drive growth profitability and customer retention.

• Develop product strategies pricing recommendations and customer engagement initiatives that strengthen primary banking relationships.

• Analyze customer market and competitive data to identify trends opportunities and product enhancements.

• Lead product discovery business cases and pitches for new products features and customer experiences.

• Drive product launches and implementation efforts partnering across Retail Marketing Finance Technology and other teams.

• Partner with channel leaders to support product sales strategies training and customer engagement programs.

• Ensure products meet regulatory and compliance requirements and adapt to system or regulatory changes.

• Monitor product performance pricing profitability and market position to identify opportunities for improvement.

Education & Experience

• Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in Business Marketing or a related field.

• 2 years of experience in Marketing Product Management or a related field.

• Experience working with consumer and/or business markets.

• Strong analytical communication and relationship-building skills.

Preferred

• Experience managing consumer banking or deposit products.

• Experience developing product strategies business cases or customer retention programs.

• Experience using customer data and market research to inform product decisions.

• Experience working in a regulated financial services environment.
