Product Manager, AI Finance Transformation

We reimagine them from the ground Finance Transformation team is building a new generation of AI native Finance platforms wherenintelligent agents surface insights in real time documents process themselves and financial decisionsnare powered by models that are accurate auditable and trusted at Apple looking for a visionary Product Manager who sees AI not as a feature but as a new operatingnmodel. Someone who can bridge the depth of Finance with the ambition of cutting edge machinenintelligence and ship products that set the standard for what enterprise AI can this Role is different. Most AI PM roles ask you to add intelligence to existing products. This rolenasks you to build the intelligence layer itself. Youll define how AI agents operate within Apples Financenecosystem and how they access live financial data reason over complex policy generate audit readynoutputs and earn the trust of a world class Finance organization. This is foundational platform work withncompany wide impact.

Own Product Discovery u0026 Strategy (Defining the What): Partner with Finance leaders to uncover deep business pain points not just surface requests. Conduct user research: interviews workflow observation and usage analytics. Size and prioritize opportunities by business impact user value and strategic fit. Build and maintain a living AI roadmap that balances near term wins with long term Product Definition u0026 Delivery (Building the Right Thing): Translate business needs into precise user stories acceptance criteria and success metrics. Define high value AI use cases such as automated financial analysis intelligent document processing and conversational policy system level requirements for AI agents (e.g. real time data access audit trails explainability).nDrive sprint planning scope management and release strategy with Cross Functional Orchestration (Coordinating the impact): Operate at the center of the productnbusiness engineering triad keeping all three aligned. Challenge stakeholder requests to ensure the rightnproblem is being solved first. Advocate for user needs while articulating clear trade offs on scopentimeline and quality. Partner with Design u0026 Data Science on UX quality and AI model Product Excellence u0026 Ethical AI (Measuring u0026 Iterating): Define success metrics spanningnadoption satisfaction business outcomes and model performance. Build continuous feedback loopsnthat turn user signal into product improvements. Uphold Apples standards for privacy security andnaccessibility across all Finance products. Lead responsible AI practices: accuracy validation biasndetection and transparent user communication.

5 years of Product Management experience within Enterprise FinTech SaaS or AI focused degree in Computer Science Business Finance or a related field.

AI u0026 Emerging Technology: Hands on experience with Generative AI AI agents or intelligent automation. Youre excited about fundamentally transforming workflows not just adding a chatbot to Technical Translation: Demonstrated ability to bridge business stakeholders and engineering teams. Converting ambiguous problems into clear product requirements and feature Thinking: Experience going beyond requirements gathering to defining user value and outcomes. You understand the difference between delivering a project and delivering a Management: Proven ability to influence without authority building alignment across Finance Engineering Design and Data Driven Decision Making: Comfortable using metrics user feedback and business data to drive prioritization and measure product Experience: Background in Finance Transformation ERP systems internal tooling or FinTech is highly Degree: MBA or technical graduate degree is a plus.
