Job Title

TITLE: Product Management - Sr Professional

EMPLOYER: Fiserv Solutions LLC

LOCATION: Milwaukee WI (and various unanticipated locations throughout the US subject to authorization from management)

DUTIES: Lead the design and development of merchant-facing features to define product vision strategy and roadmap at a large scale ensuring alignment of product outcomes with Fiservs long-term goals to provide digital banking and merchant solutions. Conduct market research and analysis from internal teams and customers to identify feature gaps customer pain points and emerging trends informing data-driven product decisions. Create Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) outlining features use cases workflows and acceptance criteria. Act as a product advocate to internal and external partners and lead the efforts to drive issuer and merchant product performance revenue and operational efficiency goals. Drive the optimization of the issuer and merchant product performance product rollout implementation and support efficiency by introducing data-driven decision-making across the business unit.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Data Science Engineering or a related field and 2 years in any job title involving product management and data analytics experience. Alternatively the employer will accept a Masters degree in Computer Science Data Science Engineering or a related field and 1 year in any job title involving product management and data analytics experience. Prior experience must include 1 year in the following: Defining developing and launching products in an Agile environment; Collaborating with customer-facing teams to identify and understand customer needs; Coordinating with cross-functional teams; Data analysis for deriving insights by creating data pipeline and queries; and Data visualization and reporting by creating interactive dashboards and reporting.
