The Opportunity

Supports the Real Estate business by partnering with stakeholders to enhance CRM and marketing technology solutions that drive an exceptional member experience and operational efficiency. This role is responsible for gathering business requirements translating business needs into system solutions configuring and optimizing CRM functionality developing reports and analytics monitoring system health troubleshooting issues and executing key business controls. The ideal candidate is a quick learner with strong communication skills who can effectively support business initiatives while developing product and industry expertise.

We offer a flexible work environment that requires an individual to be in the office 4 days per week. This position can be based in one of the following locations: San Antonio TX Plano TX Phoenix AZ Colorado Springs CO Charlotte NC or Tampa FL

Relocation assistance is not available for this position.

What youll do:

  • Partner with team members to analyze evaluate and provide insights into product profit competitive landscape and sales performance for assigned portfolio as compared to plan or key metrics.

  • Analyze data for the Product Manager on information impacting their business goals and provide recommendations for product design improvement and placement options.

  • Interact with stakeholders across the business to collect and analyze information that drives the business goals (to include but not limited to: Marketing Operations SFO Legal Experiences Digital platforms etc.).

  • Partner with information technology and business analysts on improving capabilities.

  • Work with the broader product team to research internal and external information and provide recommendations for product optimization.

  • Runs basic to moderately complex statistical models and works with Product Managers to derive insights on business goals.

  • Partner with the Product Manager in the design of product dashboards and metrics.

  • Assist in preparing analysis of performance results to inform product or sales forecast and planning.

  • Ensure risks associated with business activities are effectively identified measured monitored and controlled in accordance with risk and compliance policies and procedures.

What you have:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Supply Chain or Statistics; OR 4 years of relevant education and/or experience.

  • Minimum 2 years relevant product management or analyst experience.

  • Understanding of applicable product related regulations and compliance requirements.

  • Knowledge of federal laws rules and regulations to include: HMDA TILA/REG Z RESPA FDPA Reg B SCRA.

What sets you apart:

  • Experience within the mortgage industry or financial services environment.

  • Experience as a Business Analyst Product Analyst Business Rules Analyst or in a similar role supporting business and technology initiatives.

  • Exposure to CRM platforms or marketing automation tools such as Velocify or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

  • Experience gathering business requirements and translating business needs into system solutions.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills including presentation development and stakeholder communications.

  • Experience developing reports analyzing data and providing recommendations based on findings.

  • Demonstrated ability to learn new systems processes and technologies quickly.

  • Strong analytical problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

  • Experience working with JIRA Agile methodologies or project-based work environments.

Compensation range: The salary range for this position is: $63590.00 - $121530.00.

Compensation: USAA has an effective process for assessing market data and establishing ranges to ensure we remain competitive. You are paid within the salary range based on your experience and market data of the position. The actual salary for this role may vary by location.

Employees may be eligible for pay incentives based on overall corporate and individual performance and at the discretion of the USAA Board of Directors.
