Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Product Inventory Specialist to support inventory management and logistics operations. This role requires strong organizational skills accuracy and a proactive approach to maintaining efficient inventory processes
What will you do:
- Maintain and optimize inventory operations throughout the fulllifecycle from receipt to final disposition of materials
- Generate and analyze inventory reports to support cross- functional teams
- Identify and implement improvements to inventory tracking and control processes
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper documentation to support stock accuracy
- Process incoming inventory transactions and collaborate with accounting to resolve discrepancies between receipts and invoices
- Update and maintain the inventory database including data entry for received and consumed materials
- Support inventory-related activities such as material kitting packing and labeling
- Inspect incoming shipments for damage or inconsistencies and coordinate with quality materials and accounting for proper
resolution and documentation. - Work with quality team to determine disposition MRB material.
What you have:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory control or a related field
- Working knowledge of inventory management principles and best practices in a warehouse or stockroom environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in data entry and data management including advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (e.g. PivotTables VLOOKUP)
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong time management and organizational abilities
- Ability to lift and carry materials up to 25 pounds; experience operating warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks.
- Experience with Google Sheets and ERP systems (e.g. NetSuiteSAP or Oracle
$40 - $40 an hour
