Are you ready to shape how next-generation automotive products are designed built and launched
Were looking for a Product Integration & Sustainability Manager to lead the integration of manufacturing quality cost and sustainability into product designright from concept to industrialisation.
Your mission:
Drive right-first-time product development by embedding:
Design for Manufacturing Production & Quality
Virtual validation (FEA & simulation)
Sustainability (CO₂ materials recyclability)
Your impact:
Reduce late-stage design changes
Improve launch readiness
Make sustainability a core engineering inputnot an afterthought
Align engineering with real-world production and supplier constraints
Your role:
Act as the bridge between Engineering & Operations leading global cross-functional collaboration and setting the standards for engineering excellence.
You bring:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering (Mechanical Industrial Manufacturing or similar)
6Sigma black belt is an asset.
5 years experience in manufacturing-driven product development
Expertise in industrialisation DfX methodologies and cross-functional leadership
A systems mindset balancing cost quality speed and sustainability
Ready to redefine engineering excellence and sustainable innovation
