What You Will Do
- Build highly polished customer-facing interfaces using React and
- Own full-stack feature development across frontend and backend systems
- Spend 70% of time on frontend product engineering
- Build user-facing experiences for compliance training and behavioral interventions
- Develop real-time notification experiences across messaging platforms
- Design and evolve GraphQL schema integrations
- Improve frontend/backend data loading performance
- Own product features end-to-end from architecture through production
- Work directly with product thinking not just implementation
- Collaborate closely with PM and engineering leadership
- Gather user feedback and iterate rapidly
- Ship production-quality features quickly
- Raise frontend engineering standards through mentorship and code review
- Influence product direction through engineering judgment
Ideal Candidate Background
- 48 years of software engineering experience
- Strong frontend product engineering depth
- Full-stack engineering capability
- Deep React / TypeScript expertise
