Product Manager New Product Development
Kitchen & Bathroom Cabinets (Must have experieince)
South Plainfield NJ (On-Site)
Are you passionate about turning great ideas into real products We are looking for a Product Development Manager to take approved product concepts and drive them through executionfrom development to a fully systematized customer-ready SKU.
In this highly visible role youll be the bridge between Engineering Manufacturing and Purchasing ensuring products launch on time with accurate BOMs product data specifications and ordering structures.
What Youll Do
Lead new products from concept approval to launch
Own SKU creation BOM development and product data integrity
Coordinate cross-functionally with Engineering Manufacturing and Purchasing
Maintain spec books and design software product data
Create intuitive product structures that make ordering easy for customers and dealers
What Were Looking For
Experience in Product Management Product Operations or New Product Development within manufacturing cabinetry furniture building products or a related industry
Strong knowledge of product data SKUs BOMs and ERP systems
Ability to drive projects independently and keep teams aligned
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Kitchen cabinet industry knowledge required
Preferred Qualifications
NetSuite or similar ERP experience
Experience with 2020 ProKitchen or similar design platforms
Kitchen cabinet design experience
Background supporting dealer or customer-facing product programs
Competitive Salary - 100K to 130K range based on experience
