Craft exceptional experiences

Using your full range of product design skills to discover design and deliver intuitive well-crafted experiences. Youll elevate some Airtables most critical workflows while holding a high bar for overall design quality.

Contribute to a vision of Airtable

The platform is evolving rapidly and we want you to help define a strong point of view about where we are going. Youll shape not just features but the broader arc of how Airtable grows. We are committed to becoming an AI-native platform and were looking for a designer to help steer this evolution and shape how these new capabilities integrate into the core user experience.

Experiment with AI-assisted prototyping (and building)

Were excited about designers who are evolving how they design and prototype with AI-assisted tooling. This could take the form of vibe-coded flows iterating across Figma MCP and AI tools or validating interactions in realistic code environments. Youll communicate your ideas through working interactive prototypes using tools like Cursor Claude Code or Figma Makenot just static screens. Bonus if youre getting comfortable and familiar with experimenting in code.

Work closely with cross-functional partners

Partner effectively with Product Managers Engineers and other stakeholders to create cohesive user experiences across Airtable.

Youre an experienced Product Designer.

You have 8 years experience and have a portfolio of thoughtful impactful work to show for it. Bonus if youve worked on AI SaaS or zero-to-one projects.

You gravitate towards ambiguous novel problems.

Theres no shortage of hard design challenges at Airtable. If ambiguity brainstorming and endless possibilities sounds energizing youll thrive here.

Youre fluent in prototyping and exploration.

You move easily between sketching detailed interaction design and working prototypes. You use whatever medium best communicates the idea (including code).

Youre curious about where software creation is headed.

Youre staying up-to-date with emerging tools and are familiar with new interaction patterns interfaces and agentic workflows that are changing the way we work.

You make people around you better.
