As an Technical Program Director in the Source 2 Pay value stream you will lead and direct complex technology projects and programs with extensive outcomes for clients employees and stakeholders across the firm. Job responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans for complex cross-functional technology projects and programs ensuring alignment with firm-wide objectives and efficient resource allocation
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders cross-functional teams and clients driving collaboration and effective decision-making
• Identify assess and mitigate risks adhering to risk management practices and policies
• Oversee the implementation of technical solutions manage vendor relations and ensure seamless integration with existing systems
• Provide thought leadership and technical guidance fostering innovation and continuous improvement
• Acting as the central hub between software developers product managers and non-technical stakeholders.
• Directs technology programs across the Source to Pay value stream including sourcing contracting procurement payments invoicing and taxoptimizing integration and performance of SAP Ariba Icertis Concur SCDI and proprietary systems.

Required qualifications capabilities and skills

• 10 years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management leading complex technology projects and programs in a large organization
• Demonstrated expertise in analytical reasoning and applying critical thinking to break down business technical or operational objectives into manageable tasks and activities
• Proficient in technical solutions with experience in implementing and managing applications and services
• Advanced knowledge of project and program management methodologies tools and techniques with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
• Expertise in stakeholder management establishing productive working relationships and propelling mutually beneficial outcomes for firm objectives
