Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Product Design Computer Science or related field
• 2 years of experience in product development/coordination
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects efficiently
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
• Knowledge of product design materials sourcing and manufacturing processes
• Able to work cross-functionally and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Understands restaurant operations beyond buzzwords: labor food cost menu management refunds voids modifiers kitchen flow reporting and franchise/multi-unit needs.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Experience building or managing B2B SaaS products ideally in restaurant tech hospitality tech POS payroll accounting inventory online ordering loyalty or payments.
• Ability to translate complex operational challenges into clear product requirements user stories acceptance criteria and release priorities.
• Comfortable working directly with engineering QA design sales customer success implementation and support teams.
• Strong enough technically to understand APIs integrations databases mobile/web apps and third-party systems without needing to code daily.
• Educate customers on how to best use the product troubleshoot initial issues and resolve escalated support tickets.
• Analyze market trends track competitor offerings and collect customer feedback to share with leaders and engineers
• Manage the production process and ensure that products are being manufactured on time and to specifications.
