DISHER is currently partnering with an innovative thermal management solutions company in search of a Procurement Specialist to join their team. This organization focuses on advanced cooling technologies that help customers improve performance and efficiency across a range of industries. The Procurement Specialist is a hands-on role focused on executing day-to-day purchasing activities to support production and inventory needs in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for placing and tracking orders maintaining accurate records in NetSuite ERP and coordinating closely with operations to ensure materials are available when needed.

- Review and manage purchase agreements ensuring compliance with contract terms
- Monitor spend data and present cost analysis to leadership on a regular basis
- Process and manage purchase orders with accuracy and timely follow-through
- Coordinate with operations to align procurement with production schedules and inventory targets
- Ensure purchasing activity complies with the companys policies and approval workflows
- Maintain clean organized records in NetSuite (ERP) for spend visibility and audit readiness
- Partner closely with engineering operations and finance to support production and budget goals
- Support day-to-day procurement execution in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Use ERP and analytical skills to keep purchasing organized accurate and moving on time
- 5 years of procurement purchasing or supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong experience with ERP systems ideally NetSuite
- Analytical skills with the ability to track spend and support purchasing decisions
- Strong inventory knowledge and understanding of what needs to be ordered and when
- Highly organized detail-oriented and able to step in and execute quickly
- Collaborative communicator who works well across departments
