Role Summary

TheProcurement SeniorManagerwill lead strategic sourcing and supplier management for critical indirect spend categories with primary focus onFinance Insurance Marketing Sales Human Resources and Facilities. Operating within a highly regulatedPEO/ASO/HR Servicesenvironment this role partners closely with business functions to translate requirements into effective sourcing strategies negotiate commercial and contractual outcomes and ensure vendors meet TriNets operational financial legal and compliance standards.

This is a senior handson leadership role requiring strongnegotiation expertisecrossfunctional influence and deep experience working withtechnology and services suppliersin fastmoving regulated service industries.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Sourcing & Category Leadership

• Own endtoend sourcing strategies for Facilities Finance Human Resources Insurance Marketing and Sales categories
• Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business demand risk profile and cost drivers
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned to TriNets cost risk and scalability objectives
• Lead RFPs supplier evaluations negotiations and contract awards

Supplier Negotiation & Contracting

• Lead commercial and contractual negotiations with suppliers ensuring favorable pricing terms and risk protections
• Collaborate closely withLegalon contract structure liability SLA frameworks and regulatory considerations
• Ensure contracts align with TriNets compliance data privacy security and regulatory obligations
• Drive standardization and disciplined contracting practices across categories

CrossFunctional Partnership

• Act as a trusted partner toIT Finance Legal Compliance Security Risk and Business Leaders
• Balance speed control and risk in sourcing decisions within a regulated services environment
• Influence stakeholders without direct authority while maintaining strong governance

Governance Risk & Compliance

• Ensure supplier engagement aligns with internal policies risk assessments and approval workflows
• Support thirdparty risk management activities including security privacy and compliance reviews
• Monitor supplier performance commercial compliance and renewals

Financial & Operational Impact

• Deliver measurable cost savings value creation and risk reduction
• Support budget planning demand management and forecast accuracy
• Drive continuous improvement in sourcing processes and supplier outcomes

Qualifications & Experience

• 12 years of progressive experience inStrategic Sourcing / Procurement
• Strong experience sourcing and negotiatingFacilities Finance Human Resources Insurance Marketing and Sales contracts
• Proven track record of complex supplier negotiations and contract structuring
• Deep experience partnering with Legal Finance IT Security and Compliance teams
• Experience working in servicesled industries

Strongly Preferred (Industry Fit)

• Prior experience inPEO / ASO / HR Services / Payroll / Benefits / SaaSenabled services
• Ability to hit the ground running with minimal domain rampup

Leadership & Competencies

• Executivelevel negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Strong business acumen and comfort engaging with senior leaders
• Ability to balance commercial outcomes with risk and compliance requirements
• Structured datadriven approach to decisionmaking

The preferred location for this role is Atlanta GA and the salary range for this location is $108700.00 to $217375.00. All qualified external applicants will be considered for an in-office role based in Atlanta. All qualified internal candidates are encouraged to apply and consider relocation to Atlanta and may be considered for remote hire at the companys discretion. The candidates final salary offer will be based on the candidates skills education work location and experience.

A candidates compensation may also include bonuses consistent with TriNets corporate bonus plan.
