How youll make an impact

• Lead strategic sourcing activities to ensure material availability cost competitiveness and supply reliability.

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies aligned with business and factory objectives.

• Partner with suppliers to improve performance strengthen relationships and resolve critical issues.

• Drive supplier qualification performance reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Analyze demand supply and spend data to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.

• Lead supply chain activities supporting sales orders new product introductions and technology transfer projects.

• Champion cost reduction cost avoidance and risk mitigation projects across the organization.

• Inspire coach and develop a high-performing supply chain team while supporting talent growth and succession planning.

Your Background

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Business Administration Engineering Economics or a related field.

• 7 years of supply chain purchasing planning or procurement experience within an industrial manufacturing environment.

• 3 years of people leadership experience.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable plans.

• Experience working in a collaborative matrixed and fast-paced environment.

• Preferred: CPSM or PMP certification SAP experience Power BI knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
