Job Summary

The Regional Procurement Manager is responsible for managing multiple complex categories for Major Capital Equipment (MCE) within the Americas region. This individual contributor role involves developing and executing category plans collaborating with business partners and supporting both regional and global procurement activities. Key responsibilities include negotiating cost-saving agreements managing supplier performance and relationships implementing procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals mitigating supply chain risks and resolving complex issues. The position requires strong communication and negotiation skills the ability to influence cross functional stakeholders resource management capabilities and a proactive approach to adapting to changing environments. All to enable capacity deliveries at scale and speed.

Responsibilities

Business Partnering & Governance

Act as a trusted regional procurement partner to business leaders providing guidance on sourcing strategy governance and riskbased decision making

Serve as a primary escalation point for stakeholder issues resolving conflicts and unblocking delivery

Educate and influence business partners on procurement processes policies and value creation

Identify and recommend enhancements to SourcetoPay processes and systems to improve efficiency and compliance

Regional Procurement Strategy

Execute global procurement strategy with a regional lens ensuring alignment to business needs and market conditions

Develop and implement a regional supplier and vendor management strategy that balances cost risk capacity and performance

Establish procurement goals metrics and work plans to meet operational and financial objectives

Contribute to category management strategies and action plans

Maintain strong market intelligence across suppliers equipment industry trends and competitive dynamics

Lead regional procurement teams in consistent execution of strategy across relevant categories

Negotiations & Commercial Management

Partner with business leaders and crossfunctional stakeholders to execute capital and operational purchases that deliver cost savings reduce lead times and improve supplier performance

Lead and influence commercial negotiations ensuring optimal outcomes while balancing risk cost and contractual obligations

Ensure appropriate supply agreements are in place and guide internal teams on contract compliance

Engage suppliers at the appropriate levels to drive outcomes that exceed business requirements

Supplier Management & Risk

Own the endtoend supplier management lifecycle for the region

Build and maintain strong supplier relationships while driving improvements in cost quality delivery and risk

Identify assess and mitigate supplier risks related to financial stability capacity geography singlesource exposure and spend concentration

Act as a senior point of escalation for supplier issues and performance challenges

Support the evaluation and onboarding of new suppliers

Cost Management & Savings

Drive and deliver cost savings initiatives aligned with organizational commitments

Develop and execute costsavings proposals in close partnership with suppliers and internal customers

Create and maintain regional cost forecasts and savings tracking

Resource & Performance Management

Provide leadership with clear visibility into supplier performance productivity and regional outcomes

Support and contribute to regional resource planning across people and budget

Act as an escalation point for resolving resourcing and budgetary challenges

Contract & Order Management

Own relevant contract and supplier documentation including SOWs certifications insurance and compliance artifacts

Partner with Legal throughout the contract lifecycle

Collaborate with business partners to define SOWs commercial terms and business requirements

Manage order management requirements and supplier onboarding within SourcetoPay systems



Qualifications

Required

Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience

7 years of experience in procurement supply chain category management or consulting

Demonstrated strength in negotiation influence and stakeholder management

Experience leading complex crossfunctional initiatives

Comfortable operating in a fastchanging ambiguous environment

Preferred

Masters degree in engineering technical discipline or MBA

Experience supporting largescale industrial construction or data center programs

Experience with commodity or category management and contract management

Working knowledge of tools such as Power BI Coupa Anaplan and Microsoft Office

This role is onsite two days a week in one of the following locations: Dallas Toronto Seattle Denver Atlanta or Chicago.

United States - Seattle Office SES : 130000 - 194000 USD / Annual

United States - Chicago Office CHO : 130000 - 194000 USD / Annual

Canada - Toronto Office TRO : 112000 - 162000 CAD / Annual


Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role level and pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs.
