***This position is ideally based out of Dallas TX but can be flexible to people in other markets within Texas.***
About the role:
The Procurement Manager is responsible for sourcing strategy supplier management and cost optimization across Facilities Managementservices. This role ensures supply chain efficiency compliance and value delivery aligned with client and operational requirements.
In this role you will:
Develop and implement procurement strategies for Facility Management services and vendors
Manage supplier selection onboarding and performance management
Negotiate contracts pricing and service level agreements (SLAs)
Drive cost savings and value engineering opportunities
Ensure vendor compliance with safety regulatory and contractual standards
Collaborate with Facility Management operations to ensure service continuity and quality
Support transition activities including vendor rationalization and onboarding
What you bring:
Strong procurement and supply chain background within Facility Management or services
Experience managing vendor networks and complex sourcing events
Strong negotiation and contract management skills
Ability to balance cost quality and service delivery outcomes
