Title: Procurement Analyst 2 IT Phoenix AZ Hybrid Arizona State Agency Contract to Hire

Location: Phoenix AZ Hybrid (3 to 4 weeks onsite training then 4 days remote per week) Pay Rate: $34/hr W2

About the Role: SunSoft Online is seeking an experienced IT Procurement Analyst for a contract to hire opportunity with an Arizona State Agency in Phoenix.

Required:

• Minimum 3 years of IT software procurement experience
  
• IT Asset Lifecycle and Licensing knowledge (SaaS PaaS IaaS)
  
• Strategic negotiation experience including SLAs contracts and renewals
  
• RFP/RFQ development experience
  
• Local Phoenix AZ only city and state must be on resume
  
• No visa sponsorship must be eligible for FTE conversion
  
• Available for in-person interview within 1 week
  

Preferred:

• ISO-9902 Cloud Procurement Framework knowledge
  
• TCO and ROI analysis experience
  
• Technical project management background
