Boeing Defense Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an Associate or Experienced Procurement Agent to join our dynamic team in Tukwila Wahington or Oklahoma City Oklahoma.

Position Responsibilities - Associate Level 2:

• Performs continuous review and analysis of demand and supply.
• Prepares and executes proprietary information agreements.
• Supports sourcing strategies negotiations and documenting of contracts and agreements.
• Communicates performance expectations and metrics to evaluate and monitor supplier performance.

Position Responsibilities Experienced Level 3:

• Integrates program customer product and in-service strategies into source selection negotiation and contracting strategies.
• Negotiates pricing and contract terms and conditions.
• Prepares and executes negotiated contractual documents and binding agreements.
• Conducts risk issues and opportunities management.
• Manages supply and demand schedules supplier quality delivery and financial performance.
• Initiates and executes supplier improvement activities and integrates results into contracting strategies.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position is for 1st shift.

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. (An Interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post Start is required.)

Basic Qualifications:

• 2 or more years of experience in procurement purchasing or supply chain.
• 2 or more years of experience with procurement processes supplier management and negotiation.
• 2 or more years of experience with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with ERP/procurement systems.
• 2 or more years of strong communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications Level 2 Procurement Agent

• Bachelors degree or higher

• 2 or more years of experience in aerospace manufacturing or regulated industries.

• 2 or more years of exposure to strategic sourcing category management or contract administration.

Typical Education/Experience:

Associate Level 2: Typically 3 or more years related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor Master etc.) preferred but not required.

Experienced Level 3: Typically 6 or more years related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor Master etc.) preferred but not required.

Relocation:

Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

Travel:

Position may require travel up to 15% of the time.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications as well as market and business considerations.

Tukwila WA - $74800 - $92400

Oklahoma City OK - $64600 - $79800

Summary pay range for Experienced Level 3:

Tukwila WA - $94350 - $116550

Oklahoma City OK - $82450 - $101850
