The Role

The Procore Administrator plays a vital role throughout the life of construction projects from startup to close out. This role works in conjunction with facilities operations and other key members to ensure projects have the most up to date documents changes and information. The Procure Administrator ensures the project is completed in a timely manner with efficiency and to FUJIFILM Electronic Materials (FFEM) standards.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

Manage and develop the Procore system including user databases reporting document control and uploading of documents and drawings etc.
Provide reporting and information to support project engineering and construction.
Maintain required project documentation.
Provide ongoing Procore training for all staff at regular intervals.
Be considered the Procore subject matter expert for Fujifilm Electronic Materials
Manage and develop KPI monitoring data analysis and reporting.
Conduct occasional field checks as required

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelors Degree in construction management or related field of study
Previous experience with the administration and management of Procore software.
Minimum of 3 years professional relevant experience
Proficient in Office 365
Construction experience is a plus
Rigorous organized and reliable
Previous Procore training experience is a plus
Experience with technical documentation a plus
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
Strong multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
Problem-solving skills with a keen eye for details
Exceptional time-management and organizational skills
Strong verbal as well as written communication skills
Ability to work well with others at all levels of the organization
