Job Summary
Salary Range: $75000 - $95000
Position Summary
Support the evaluation validation and documentation of new and existing processes. Will also be responsible for providing support to the CNC department by programming set-up and troubleshooting.
Essential Functions
- Responsible for released machines tools and processes
- Provide process documentation (work instructions box counts operator training documents etc.)
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop PFMEA Control Plan and Process Flow Diagrams
- Perform competitive analysis to identify opportunities and potential changes in production methods
- Drive continuous improvement of existing processes to reduce waste
Qualifications :
Knowledge Skills Abilities
- Must be able to work in a team setting
- Experience with automated machinery
- Analytical able to solve complex technical problems
- Able to read and interpret mechanical drawings
- Experience with Solidworks and/or equivalent 3d modeling software
- PFMEA PFD and control plan experience
- CNC programming utilizing CAD/CAM software; preferably ESPRIT
Education / Experience
- Bachelors degree in Engineering/Engineering Technology or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years manufacturing experience in a CNC setting
