• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency safety quality and cost performance.
• Collaborate with production quality engineering maintenance and supply chain teams to drive operational excellence.
• Lead and support Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Analyze KPIs and production data to identify improvement opportunities and guide decision making.
• Support process validation activities and ensure compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in equipment installation technology upgrades and manufacturing startup projects.
• Provide technical guidance and training to production and engineering teams.
• Support new product introductions by developing robust and scalable manufacturing processes.
• Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations procedures and guidelines.

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering Industrial Engineering Manufacturing Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in process engineering manufacturing or production operations.
• Strong knowledge of process design optimization validation and problem-solving methodologies.
• Experience with Lean manufacturing continuous improvement and root cause analysis techniques.
• Proven ability to analyze data monitor KPIs and implement effective process improvements.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across diverse teams.
