This role is responsible for monitoring and improving process performance through data analysis auditing and preventive practices enabling rapid identification of deviations and implementation of corrective actions.
The Process Engineer plays a key role in driving continuous improvement through root cause analysis (RCCA) experimentation (DOE) and performance optimization while collaborating cross-functionally to enhance operational effectiveness and sustain long-term results.
Your Day to Day:
Process Monitoring & Optimization
Perform continuous analysis of manufacturing processes to identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions
Monitor and maintain process performance to meet output efficiency and product specification targets
Execute standard control processes and ensure adherence to established operating procedures
Data Analysis & Problem Solving
Utilize data collection auditing and preventive maintenance practices to detect deviations and performance gaps
Lead or support root cause corrective action (RCCA) investigations and implement sustainable solutions
Design and execute trials and Design of Experiments (DOE) to optimize processes and validate improvements
Conduct comprehensive evaluations of asset performance and recommend data-driven improvement strategies
Continuous Improvement & Project Leadership
Lead defined process improvement initiatives and optimization projects within manufacturing operations
Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and implement efficiency quality and cost improvements
Review and adjust raw material specifications based on performance data to drive process effectiveness
Collaboration & Technical Support
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to resolve technical and operational issues
