What Youll Do:

• Lead and manage engineering projects of moderate to large scope ensuring timely completion and alignment with business goals
• Design improve and implement process control systems and procedures
• Troubleshoot production issues and develop practical scalable engineering solutions
• Conduct process failure analyses audits and root cause investigations to drive consistency across operations
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process documentation
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineers technicians production teams and other departments
• Perform feasibility studies related to manufacturing processes including fabrication machining and assembly
• Establish and implement continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety quality efficiency and cost
• Create and execute test plans analyze data and implement process improvements
• Assist with equipment diagnosis and provide hands-on support during troubleshooting activities
• Ensure compliance with safety standards Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory requirements

What Were Looking For:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering (or related field) with 3 years of experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
• Demonstrated experience analyzing production equipment materials and processes and resolving issues
  Strong knowledge of quality and process improvement methodologies such as:SPC / SQC5S8DFMEARoot Cause AnalysisGage R&RDesign of Experiments (DOE)
• Ability to develop and manage:Process Control Plans andProcess Reaction Plans
• Hands-on experience or familiarity with manufacturing processes such as:
• Thermoforming injection molding printing or paper processing (preferred)
• Strong understanding of engineering principles materials and production systems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
