PRN Registered Nurse (RN) – Personal Assistance Services (PAS)

As a licensed Texas Health and Human Services (HHS) Personal Assistance Services (PAS) agency we are committed to delivering exceptional non-medical care while ensuring quality compliance and outstanding customer service.

The PRN RN will provide nursing oversight and support on an as-needed basis including client assessments supervisory visits caregiver education care planning and clinical consultation to ensure our clients receive safe high-quality care.

• Conduct nursing assessments and supervisory visits.
• Develop and update individualized service plans.
• Monitor client health status and communicate changes appropriately.
• Educate and support caregivers on client-specific care needs.
• Assist with quality assurance and regulatory compliance.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation.
• Participate in incident investigations and clinical consultations.
• Support agency compliance with Texas HHS regulations and agency policies.

• Current unrestricted Texas Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum of one year of nursing experience (home care hospice or geriatrics preferred).
• Excellent assessment communication and documentation skills.
• Knowledge of Texas PAS regulations is a plus.
• Current CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation valid Texas drivers license and current auto insurance.
