Easterseals Florida Pediatric Outpatient Therapy


Easterseals Florida is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) to join our Pediatric Outpatient Therapy team on a PRN this role youll have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children by helping them build essential communication feeding and developmental skillswhile supporting families every step of the way.

What Youll Do

  • Conduct initial evaluations and re-evaluations for pediatric clients
  • Develop and implement individualized evidence-based treatment plans
  • Document evaluations treatment plans progress notes and billing using EMR systems
  • Set measurable goals and track progress based on each childs Plan of Care
  • Manage your assigned caseload efficiently and supervise SLPAs as needed
  • Collaborate with families school staff early intervention programs and care teams
  • Provide education guidance and support to ensure success beyond therapy sessions

Qualifications

  • Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current Florida SLP License
  • NPI and Medicaid provider number
  • Pediatric experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with EMR systems and basic technology
  • Excellent organizational skills flexibility and professionalism
  • Commitment to ethical practice growth and compassionate care
  • Valid drivers license with a good driving record (minimum age 21) for program-related travel
