Working closely with nurses and other healthcare professionals youll provide hands-on support that enhances patient comfort safety and recovery. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting patients with personal care needs including bathing oral hygiene toileting and linen changes
• Supporting mobility ambulation repositioning and transfers to promote healing and independence
• Monitoring and recording vital signs and reporting observations to the care team
• Accurately documenting patient information in medical records
• Providing compassionate emotional support to patients and families during important moments in their care journey

The Surgery Oncology Unit is a 32-bed inpatient adult comprehensive multidisciplinary department that provides specialized care for both surgical and oncology patients. This unique combination offers valuable exposure to a wide range of patient conditions and treatments making it an excellent environment for learning and professional growth.

Required:

• Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider certification within six months of hire
