As a Home Health Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant youll help patients regain the skills and confidence needed to perform everyday activities safely and independently.

• Provide skilled occupational therapy treatments under the direction of an Occupational Therapist
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed to improve functional independence
• Assist patients with activities of daily living mobility safety and adaptive techniques
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises equipment and home safety strategies
• Monitor patient progress and communicate findings to the supervising Occupational Therapist
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members

• Active Virginia Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) License Required
• Valid Drivers License and Reliable Transportation
• Strong Communication and Documentation Skills
• Home Health Experience Preferred but Not Required
• Commitment to Delivering Exceptional Patient-Centered Care
