PRN Nurse (LPNRN)

Available Schedule: PRN (per diem/as needed)
Pay Range: $33.42 -$47.90 per hour based on experience Shift Differential Eligibility

• Deliver direct compassionate care based on individualized care plans.

• Administer medications and treatments.

• Monitor and report changes in residents conditions.

• Accurately document care and maintain records.

• Collaborate with the care team and support residents well-being.

• Ensure compliance with safety infection control and regulatory standards.

• Communicate effectively with residents families and staff.

• Support a respectful team-oriented work environment.

• Adapt to changing needs and participate in emergency response.

• Current LPN or RN license in the Commonwealth of Virginia.

• Previous experience in long-term care is preferred but not required

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• A caring and team-oriented attitude

• Flexibility to work the scheduled shift and occasional additional hours as needed
