What Youll Do

As an in-home caregiver youll provide personalized care that helps seniors and adults remain safe comfortable and independent in their own homes. Every client is different so we focus heavily on caregiver/client matching and setting caregivers up for success.

Responsibilities may include:

Assistance with bathing dressing grooming and mobility
Companionship and emotional support
Meal preparation and light housekeeping
Medication reminders
Transportation to appointments or errands
Dementia support and supervision
Monitoring safety and changes in condition
Accurate documentation and communication with the office team

PRN Scheduling Expectations

PRN caregivers are not required to maintain full-time availability but we do ask for:

Dependability and professionalism
Consistent communication with scheduling staff
Willingness to pick up shifts when available
Minimum availability of approximately 14 shifts per month
Some weekend availability preferred

We understand flexibility matters and work to build schedules that fit both caregiver and client needs.

Requirements

Current Florida CNA license OR HHA certificate
Current CPR certification
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
Compassionate patient and dependable attitude
Dementia or hands-on care experience preferred but not required for all cases
