Experience with estate planning wealth transfer planning trust administration succession planning and asset preservation strategies

Experience drafting wills trusts powers of attorney gifting strategies family limited partnership documents and other wealth planning documents

Experience advising clients on gift estate generation-skipping transfer and income tax planning matters preferred

Strong drafting analytical client counseling and communication skills

Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships

Excellent academic credentials

J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required

Florida bar admission preferred or ability to become admitted
