A highly respected national law firm is seeking a Private Wealth Associate Attorney to join its Dallas office.

This opportunity is ideal for an attorney interested in advising high-net-worth individuals families family offices business owners and fiduciaries on sophisticated estate planning wealth transfer and trust administration matters.

48 years of trusts & estates private wealth estate planning or related experience gained at a sophisticated law firm

Experience advising high-net-worth individuals ultra-high-net-worth families family offices business owners and fiduciaries

Experience with sophisticated estate planning wealth transfer planning trust and estate administration and business succession planning

Experience drafting and implementing revocable and irrevocable trusts wills family limited partnerships LLCs and other estate planning vehicles

Experience advising clients regarding gift estate generation-skipping transfer and income tax planning strategies

Experience with charitable planning closely held business succession planning and fiduciary representation is preferred

Experience advising trustees executors and beneficiaries regarding trust and estate administration matters is a plus

Strong drafting analytical organizational and communication skills

Ability to manage sophisticated matters while working directly with clients and other advisors

Excellent academic credentials

J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required

Texas bar admission required or ability to become admitted

Representation of high-net-worth individuals families and family offices

Significant client interaction and responsibility

Exposure to complex wealth transfer and succession planning matters
