Private Client Sales Representative

Location: NYC Metro Area
Compensation: $75000 Base Salary Commission Bonus Opportunities
License: P&C experience preferred; licensing sponsorship available.

Our client is seeking a motivated relationship-driven Private Client Producer to join their growing team in the NYC metro area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone currently in sales who is looking for a more rewarding long-term career or for someone with a passion for sales client relationships and insurance.

• Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Generate new business opportunities through networking referrals and outreach
• Consult with clients to understand their personal insurance and risk management needs
• Present tailored solutions for high-value homes autos valuables umbrella coverage and more
• Work closely with internal teams and carrier partners to deliver exceptional client experiences
• Maintain professionalism and responsiveness throughout the sales process
• Continue developing product and industry knowledge through training and mentorship

• Previous sales experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly motivated coachable and goal-oriented
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced relationship-focused environment
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to grow professionally and financially
• Interest in insurance financial services or consultative sales
