Job Summary
Private Client Insurance Account Manager
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Private Client Insurance Account Manager to join a team. This role involves managing high-net-worth (HNW) accounts and providing exceptional service to valued clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in personal lines insurance a strong understanding of HNW carriers and a passion for delivering tailored solutions.
- Salary Range: $65000 - $95000 depending on experience.
- Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package provided.
- Manage a portfolio of HNW and middle-market accounts with policy sizes ranging from $10000 to $100000.
- Provide A-Z account management including quoting renewals and servicing.
- Collaborate with the new business team to onboard new clients and assess their needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients ensuring their insurance needs are met with empathy and professionalism.
- Work with HNW carriers such as Chubb PURE Cincinnati AIG and others.
- Utilize software systems such as Sagitta and ImageRight (training provided if needed).
- Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal lines insurance with a focus on HNW clients.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with HNW carriers (e.g. Chubb PURE Cincinnati AIG) is essential.
- Soft Skills:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the role.
- Training: 90-day in-office training period to ensure a smooth transition into the role.
