We have built a very special team that drives these initiatives and standards across various information technology functions including core business applications such as Apple online store Apple retail stores AppleCare HR systems engineering systems and many others. This is a high-visibility role that will drive execution of privacy programs ensure compliance with global data protection regulations and partner cross-functionally to embed privacy-by-design into products and processes. You will establish Privacy standards and help drive metrics and projects to assess the privacy posture. You should be ready to lead and to drive projects audits and assessments bring operational efficiencies develop strong working relationships and most importantly be a teammate. Lead end-to-end execution of privacy projects including planning tracking and delivery of key milestonesnPartner with Legal Security Product Engineering and Compliance teams to operationalize privacy requirementsnImplement and maintain privacy frameworks aligned with regulations such as GDPR CCPA and other global lawsnespecially those surrounding the use of AInFacilitate Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs)nDevelop and maintain data inventories data flow maps and records of processing activities (RoPA)nTrack and manage privacy incidents ensuring timely escalation and resolutionnSupport responses to data subject requests (DSARs) audits and regulatory inquiriesnDrive privacy-by-design principles in product development lifecyclesnDevelop and deliver privacy training and awareness programs across the organizationnMonitor evolving regulatory requirements and industry best practices

5 years of experience in privacy data protection compliance or related program/project management rolesnStrong understanding of global privacy regulationsnExperience managing cross-functional projects and working with distributed teamsnStrong analytical organizational and problem-solving skillsnExcellent stakeholder management abilitiesnBachelors of Science in Information Systems Security or Computer Science or similar degree or equivalent experience

Knowledge of data security principles and risk management frameworksnKnowledge of global AI regulatory obligationsnKnowledge of EU privacy lawsnExcellent communicationnAbility to balance legal/compliance requirements with business needsnExperience in technology SaaS AI frameworks
