Job Summary
You will be responsible for advising and providing support on privacy related topics for Apples various products and services and working alongside legal engineering and business teams. This role will be on the Privacy Legal team reporting through the teams product counseling group and will work closely with our privacy policy colleagues in helping advise the business and engineering teams on cutting-edge privacy issues.
Deep understanding of general privacy laws regulations requirements and industry best the business on legal regulatory and business standards. nSupporting and monitoring a privacy program as needed to ensure that technology and business processes meet applicable legal requirements. nCoordinating internal and external investigations compliance reviews and monitoring activities. nIdentifying and communicating potential risks areas with leadership. nStaying informed of and properly communicating any changes to or developments in privacy laws regulations standards and guidance.
Knowledge of comprehensive privacy laws and regulatory and other guidance and understanding of US state and federal sector-specific privacy to clearly organize and inform through excellent written and verbal quickly issue-spotting analyzing and clearly communicating privacy advice on complex legal analytical capability with attention to detail.n4 years of privacy experience as an associate at a premier law firm or business. nJD or equivalent and admission to at least one US state bar.
Experience providing strategic and practical advice to product business and engineering drafting and negotiating privacy related advising on regulatory compliance and to lead take action and provide direction in the face of to get results in diverse fast paced to partner at all levels of the academic -house experience.
