Dental Vision 401k and Time Off: Two weeks of paid Perks:$100 safety shoe reimbursement after 60 daysCompany-provided tools & Phoenix Color T-shirtsOn-the-job training OSHA forklift certification (as needed)Culture & Fun: Family Fun Day food trucks parades employee events and more!Career Growth: Opportunities to transfer and advance after six : 7:00pm - 7:00amSchedule: Monday - Thursday (Every other Thursday based on production)Location: 18249 Phoenix Dr. Hagerstown MD 21742As our Foil & Emboss Machine Operator you will:Following workflow procedures to create accurate foil or emboss imprintsMaintaining a clean and organized work areaChecking product quality and making adjustments to meet sign-off standardsReviewing shipping requirements and adhering to standardsManaging new and used inventory and performing preventive maintenance on machineryFollowing and promoting all safety policies and proceduresSupporting the team with additional duties as neededWhat It Takes:Ability to occasionally lift 65 lbs push/pull 1100 lbs using a manual pallet jack and stand/walk for long shiftsComfortable working near hot machinery and handling minor exposure to chemicals or vaporsStrong attention to detail and qualityTeam player with good communication skillsMechanically inclined and able to troubleshoot machineryPreferred: High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in printing; 2 years of machine operator or mechanical experience
