• Responsible for operating digital commercial printers using Fiery Command Workstation.
• Assisting in our large format department with installations & production work when available
• Responsible for imposing files for print & running USPS mail software
• Works with Center Manager to prioritize and manage daily job production
• Produces orders accurately efficiently and quickly while maintaining the highest quality standards
• Always runs a proof copy and compares it to the work order
• Completes Quality Assurance documents for all printed jobs
• Maintains all Digital Printing Equipment logs
• Ensures that all service clicks are credited by the service technician in each call including credit for poor-quality copies
• Calibrates and manages all color devices as required to maintain color consistency.
• Monitors color consistency during all print runs and make adjustments as necessary.

• Digital printing experience is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred but not required: to interact with clients to ensure meeting their expectations follow up on pending requests approvals etc.
• Ability to multi-task and organize several activities and tasks concurrently.
• Ability to work flexible hours and overtime if needed.
• Ability to maximize profit through the efficient use of time and equipment.
• Can perform basic bindery functions.
• Familiar and comfortable with Fiery Print Controller a plus.
• Graphic design skills are preferred but not required.
