Our total compensation package for our staff on average exceeds $50000 per year with several staff members earning much more. We believe that because of our culture of sharing caring and growing we see a very low turnover with many of our staff having been with us for 10 years.

  • Advancement- most of our staff including our office personnel and management started with us in entry level positions.
  • Competitive pay- we start all new recruits with no experience at an hourly rate of $17 per hour with a guaranteed $1 per hour increase after 3 months. Continuous raises come as you grow and become more valuable to our team with many team members earning $20 an hour.
  • Up to 4 weeks paid vacation:
  • 1 year 1 week vacation
  • 2 years 2 weeks vacation
  • 3 years 3 weeks vacation
  • 10 years 4 weeks vacation
  • Company-matched retirement- we match up to 3% of your yearly compensation that goes into your retirement account.
  • Health benefits- we offer health dental and vision insurance.
  • Paid holidays- we take the following holidays off and pay you for them after 3 months of employment:
    • Memorial day
    • 4th of July
    • Labor day
    • Thanksgiving
    • Christmas
    • New years day
  • No mandatory overtime- Although we do allow overtime for some positions - which is paid at time and a half we do not require it.
  • No nights no weekends- We work a strict schedule from Monday Friday from 7 am- 3:30 pm. This allows our staff to have balance in their lives and to spend their nights and weekends with their families.
