• Management of multiple projects simultaneously
• Full understanding of digital printing and bindery
• Maintaining and ordering supplies and stock for the print and bindery departments
• Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
• Define and coordinate print production schedules
• Liaising among different departments e.g. Pre-press Press Bindery Quality etc.
• Demonstrated ability to plan manage and execute successfully
• Provide creative solutions to production issues
• Be a team player; doing whatever is necessary to meet project demands and deadlines
• Responsible for monthly performance analysis
• Work in the digital print and bindery departments as needed

• 5 years experience in the Printing Industry
• Minimum 3 years in Management
• Ability to work and interact with a variety of individuals
• Strong people management skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Extremely organized with strong attention to detail
• Must be able to work in a fast paced deadline driven and multi project coordination environment
