Role

We are looking for a Principal Transformation Advisor to join our team. This is a San Jose CA (Hybrid) role reporting to the Global Director of EBC Product Marketing in the Product Marketing department. You will own how we engage with customers as part of our Executive Briefing Program operating at the intersection of technology strategy storytelling and executive engagement. As a highly credible business-minded technology leader you will act as the face of our Executive Briefing Center (EBC) experience delivering compelling tailored presentations to CIOs CISOs and senior technology leaders translating complex technology into clear business outcomes strengthening strategic relationships and generating action-oriented outcomes.

What youll do (Role Expectations)

• Drive high-impact Executive Briefings for strategic enterprise customers and prospects by delivering tailored presentations that connect technology strategy to business outcomes risk reduction and growth while facilitating real-time discussions

• Co-develop and continuously refine a world-class executive narrative around key themes including AI security and digital transformation simplifying complex technical concepts into clear compelling stories

• Collaborate with account teams to deeply understand each customers environment priorities and challenges using in-house data and public research to ensure every session feels bespoke and high-value

• Work closely with Product Engineering Sales and Marketing to bring the right specialized speakers into each briefing influencing internal stakeholders and contributing to the feedback loop from the field to leadership

• Help define and scale a best-in-class EBC experience by upholding high presentation standards storytelling frameworks and mentoring internal speakers to elevate overall briefing quality

What Were Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

• Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging securing or positioning AI-driven solutions to optimize outcomes within your functional domain

• 10 years in enterprise technology with experience in roles such as Field CTO Product/Solutions Consulting Systems/Sales Engineering or Audience/Customer Marketing

• Strong understanding of enterprise IT security networking cloud and AI

• Proven experience working closely with large complex organizations and strategic accounts

• Hands-on expertise in zero trust SASE SSE or related cybersecurity domains

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience leveraging generative AI tools or AI-driven analytics to synthesize enterprise account research and dynamically customize strategic presentation narratives for executive buyers

• Outstanding storytelling writing and presentation skills with a track record of crafting and facilitating compelling outcome-focused technology conversations for CISOs architects and IT decision-makers

• A passion for connecting real-world customer pain points to product capabilities combined with an adaptable team-player mindset ready to ensure flawless experiences for visiting executives
